SILENCE  - spend 10 to 15 minutes daily in the early morning and just relax and focus on your breath, you will have a peaceful time. 


AFFIRMATIONS  - they are the positive words which you tell yourself which will encourage you they have the power to change your mood and life say at least 10 positive sentences to yourself and you will see a huge difference.

VISUALIZATION - imagining yourself to the place you want to achieve in your life seeing yourself successful, picture yourself to the best possible place you think you should be.

EXERCISE - keeping your body fit.

READING - read at least 10 pages of a good book which will give you the new direction to your life.

SCRIBING -take a journal and write a positive sentence or the outcome you want in your life, add inspiring, happy, motivating words. write your life as you want it to be and "the whole world will conspire to make it happen"
